Today marks a special day for Mum. She turns 66! What an auspicious number as well as an auspicious day as it is also the first day of the Lunar New Year!

Who Is God?

Am pondering on many circumstances and personal incidences about the person of God. As He is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, how can I begin to know Him much deeper and grow to love Him more?

Let's look together in Jer 9:23,24 & Eph 1:17,18 and begin our journey of self discovery and God-seek.

Remembrance Of A Friend

I'm remembering the passing on of a friend on her birthday. She passed away last year of 4th stage colon cancer.

Strangely, God has been bringing to me the very sick, especially those with 4th stage cancer. I want to be used as a catalyst to bring God's hope and love to them at a time like this. God is our Creator and He made us. He ordains the days of our lives and counts the number of hairs on our head.

Would we be offended at God when we are inflicted by sickness? Let's 'buy' oil and 'build' deep so that we know that God is in control and still loves us in all situations. He does!!

Bezelal Wannabe

Ever heard of this man, in the first place? The Lord has been using him to speak to me from Exo 35 onwards ...

He is filled with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship.. to make designs for working in gold, silver etc to build the Tabernacle. And, he puts his heart to teach others in the process.

A New Venture

The Lord is so humorous. His ways are really higher than our ways and when we cannot understand His ways, we just simply trust.

He sent someone to explore something new with me this morning. More than that, I had an opportunity to preach my heart about serving God and sharing in the ministry. This is a new fashion the Lord is discipling me as we enter into the marketplace where all aspects of our lives are integrated and centred around Christ.

A new learning journey for me indeed! (Read: Awed)

A Year Of Change - 2009

We had our annual prophetic time today and both Ps and M released a same word that it is a year of change for me .. especially in the area of my work.

I know that God has gone ahead of me and has already begun the process of preparation. I need to steer my heart towards the change and be ready to embrace it. I am excited yet rather apprehensive. God help!!

God, please grant me your grace to make right, sound and wise choices and decisions so that your glory will be manifest in my life .. as you have revealed that I am like a polished diamond, ready to shine for You! Give me new strength to serve, disciple and evangelise in this new year as I want to love you more and more daily ...
