Ps 10 is a passage where I'm reminded not to take things around me for granted and also not to take offences, revenge or evil deeds into my own hands. There is an existence of God and He watches over the evil and the good.
God is definitely not 'blind' to trouble and grief and He is the Helper of the fatherless. He hears the desires of the afflicted and He encourages us and listens to our cry, defending the fatherless and the oppressed, in order that man, who is of the earth, may terrify no more.
