This was a question which I asked the Lord this morning when I was doing my devotion and reading Ps 8... our Psalm for the day!
Lord, You set Your glory above the heavens, yet You made us and You are so mindful of us and You care so much for us. When we consider the heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars which You set in place, why would You still crown us with glory and honor?
Who are we that You allow us to be rulers over the works of Your hands and You put everything under our feet; all flocks and herds, and the beasts of the air, and the fish of the sea, and all that swim the paths of the sea?
All we can declare, like the Psalmist, is .. O LORD OUR LORD, HOW MAJESTIC IS YOUR NAME IN ALL THE EARTH!
